"Nice items, but delivery was a bit slow"
I ordered a couple of bits from the online shop and overall I was happy with what arrived. The items themselves were nice enough and everything was packed properly, so no issues there. The only downside for me was that delivery took longer than I expected, and I found the updates a bit unclear while I was waiting. I’d probably order again, but only if I wasn’t in a rush to get it.

"Decent for the price, but quality is inconsistent"
I ordered a couple of things they were okay for what I paid. One of the t-shirts actually felt good, but another item was way thinner than I expected. It’s not terrible or anything, just kind of hit or miss. Whoever runs this really needs to get the quality a bit more consistent.

"Fine delivery, slow refund"
My order showed up just fine, so no complaints there. But when I had to return it, I felt like the refund took way longer than it should have. I don’t love having my money tied up like that, so that part was frustrating for me.

"Really tiring trying to get a straight answer"
I had an issue with a donation and tried to sort it through their complaints process, but it just wore me down. It took ages to get any kind of proper response, and when replies did come through they felt like they’d been copied and pasted rather than actually addressing what I’d said. I wasn’t asking for much, just a clear explanation and for someone to properly look into it. Instead I felt like I was being passed around and nobody was really listening. By the end I was just tired of chasing it. Not a good experience.

"I went on the Cancer Research UK…"
I went on the Cancer Research UK website when my mum was going through treatment, hoping to find some proper support or guidance. There was definitely information there, but it all felt a bit cold and not very easy to navigate (especially when you're already stressed and worried). I was looking for practical help and someone we could actually talk to, but I just kept ending up clicking through different pages and not really getting anywhere. Maybe it works better for some people, but for us it was frustrating. For such a big cancer charity, I expected something that felt more supportive for patients and families, not just articles and links. I came away feeling a bit let down.

"Confused by the mixed info"
I’m not sure how I feel about them now. The website says one thing, but my experience made it seem like something else, and that really threw me off. It’s hard to feel confident or trust a company when the information doesn’t line up.

"Nice staff, but are the prices a little high?"
The staff were really friendly and welcoming, which I appreciated. I just couldn’t help feeling like some of the prices were a bit high, especially considering the items are donated. Maybe it’s just me, but I expected things to be a little more affordable.

"I tried using the site, but the whole..."
I tried using the site, but the whole cookie and data notice thing kind of turned me off. There were so many choices and pop-ups that it felt like they were asking for way too much info. I also couldn’t really tell where my data was going or what it was being used for, which didn’t sit right with me. Just didn’t feel very private

"I’ve donated before, but it’s frustrating how vague..."
I’ve donated before, but it’s frustrating how vague the spending breakdown is. I’m not expecting every tiny detail, but it would be nice to actually understand where the money is going without having to dig around or guess.

"Still No Reply"
I’ve been waiting forever to hear back and still haven’t received any response. it’s starting to make me nervous, like I’m being strung along or fooled. A simple update would’ve made a big difference.

"The emails are a bit much haha"
I signed up one time, and now it feels like the emails just keep coming nonstop haha. it’s a little overwhelming and kind of makes me hesitant to donate again

"Volunteering felt disorganized"
I volunteered here and felt kind of ignored a lot of the time. The shifts were confusing, communication wasn’t great, and when I asked for help it didn’t really feel like anyone was that bothered. Just felt a bit all over the place

"I tried using the website to find..."
I tried using the website to find some basic info, but it was frustrating. A few times the website seemed to say one thing, then another page made it sound different, so I wasn’t really sure what was accurate. On top of that, pages were slow to load and the menus felt all over the place. I kept clicking around and ending up back where I started. The charity itself might be doing great work, but the website really needs some attention because it’s not easy to use.

"I just wanted clear info and didn’t get it"
I went on Cancer Research UK hoping to find straightforward answers, but it felt like my basic question was being ignored. The pages were a bit confusing and I kept going in circles without getting anything clear. Some of the information was too vague, so I ended up having to check other sites anyway. Frustrating when you’re just looking for simple, helpful guidance.

"I really wanted to enjoy this because..."
I really wanted to enjoy this because it was for a good cause, but the whole event felt chaotic. They made it sound like everything would be well planned, but the reality was different. Information came through way too late, the queues were much longer than expected, and a lot of the staff seemed unsure about what was actually happening. It just didn’t match what was promised

"Donation process was way more frustrating than it should be"
I tried to make a donation, but the site kept freezing right when I got to the payment part. I had to start over twice, and by the end I wasn’t even sure if the donation had actually gone through. It’s really annoying having to keep re-entering the same details and basically explain myself to the form over and over. For such a big charity, I expected the online donation process to be a lot smoother.

"Glad I Fundraised, Even with a Small Support Delay"
I recently did a small fundraiser for Cancer Research UK, and overall it was a really positive experience. The information on the website was mostly helpful, and setting up my fundraising page was straightforward. I did have a question at one point and support took a bit longer to get back to me than I expected, which was a little frustrating. But despite that, I’m still really glad I did it and happy I could contribute to a cause that matters...

"I donated a few times because I liked…"
I donated a few times because I liked the mission and genuinely wanted to help. At first, I felt good about it, like I was contributing to something meaningful. But after a while, the main thing I seemed to get back was more emails asking for another donation. What I kept hoping for was a clearer picture of where the money was going or a real update showing what kind of difference it was making. Maybe they’re doing great work behind the scenes, and I hope they are, but as a donor, I ended up feeling removed from it all. It’s a little disappointing when you give because you care, but don’t really feel connected to the impact.

"Gift Aid form was really frustrating"
I tried to add Gift Aid to my donation, but the whole thing just kept looping me around and I couldn’t tell what had actually gone through. My gut feeling was that something wasn’t working properly, so I gave up in the end. Annoying for a site that big.

"A little confusing at first"
The updates were a bit confusing for me at first, haha. I figured things out eventually, but it could’ve been a little clearer
